bundle active but not able to call

Hi 

on 4th march bought bundle for 15 pounds. bundle apper on account but when trying to call another iD number there is message that i need to top up.

after live chat on 6th march got new card yesterday. activated and problem still there.

Live chat no help

Hello @lukir85,

That’s odd.

As long as the allowances show on the account and the bundle is active, you should be able to call inclusive numbers.

I’ll PM you so we can check this further.
