I ran out of my bundle. I topped up this morning, it took my money but didn't give me anything. I bought a bundle not credit. I need to be able to use the phone. I missed a day's work because of this

If not, did the bundle eventually show that same day? Or credit even?
Is it showing on your bank account that a payment for a top-up definitely went through?Â
