bundle not appearing

Hi i bought a bundle on my daughters phone but its not showing, its come out of my bank account though. I also bought a top up, that showed straight away!

Taken payment for a bundle but not given me thw bundle. Not the first time. 

Not getting a response.

Just in case this still isn’t showing, a day later.  We’ll send you a private message to try and find out more on this for you and get this resolved.

Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.

We usually advise waiting up to 24 hours for the bundle to show. We can see it has been a few days since you last posted your message. Is the bundle showing on your account now? If you are still having issues we would advise speaking to our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to assist you with this.
