bundle not appearing

I purchased a bundle and it’s not showing. Has been taken from my bank account. Realised the ID app shows my bank card expired.. it hasn’t so I tried to re register it and was charged a penny, again, shows on my bank account. Card has not updated and bundle is not showing after 24 hours. Any ideas or how on earth can I speak to anyone to resolve this.

Yes and it’s impossible to get the right help or a sensible answer that helps. I would also like a pac code now and will go elsewhere.
