bundle not appearing

I have ordered a pay as you go sim card with a 15 pounds top up bundle, however when I activated my sim it shows I have no top up?

How long ago did you submit the request for the Bundle? Have you checked to see if the £15 has left your bank, or whether it is still pending?

Hello,

I ordered the sim card with bundle on 26/09, the £15 has left my bank on 27/09 and I have received and activated my sim card today, still shows no top up credit.
