Bundle paid for but not showing on account and not able to make calls

Hi,

I had purchased the bundle and paid for the bundle but not able to make calls or texts. Payment has been taken from the account but no services from ID Mobile. No help on chat. No support or contact number for customer services. Tried calling 7777 as per mentioned in their website but no response at all. Unbelievable customer service.
