I bought two bundles for the same account on 29th Dec. for my PAYG SIM but no credit appears yet. I did it once again but still nothing showing in my account and cannot make phone calls/send texts.
I can see both transactions have appeared on my bank statement though…
I have tried live chat over the last few days, but I only get response from a bot.
Can someone please help.
