Cancel during cooling off period

Hi, I recently ordered a SIM only contract but would like to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period. Please can someone help with this? The live chat just wants to end using 30 days and give me a final bill afterwards

You will need to use Live Chat service to cancel in the cooling off period.

Type “speak to an agent” after you get connected on the chat service, a real person should then be able to assist.

Otherwise try contacting iD customer service privately using their facebook page or Twitter page.
