Hello
I got a SIM card for my son. He lost his phone with sim shortly after installing Sim.
we never actually set up an account so each time I try it asks for a code from the number. So I’ve not been able to get a new Sim or cancel my account. I am still paying being charged for a service I am not using and I am unable to get a number or email to actually talk to anyone so I can cancel the SIM
please help
