cancellation within 14 days

I am having an absolute nightmare. 
I ordered a sim card on Sunday. I needed it to arrive today as my PAC code was expiring and needed the new SIM card ASAP. 
The SIM didn’t arrive in time and still hasn’t so I had to get a SIM from Tesco and use them instead. 
I need to cancel my 30 day plan but assume am within cooling off period. 
I can’t register for an account because I have no SIM card!? They want to text the number that I do not have. 
If I knew contacting ID mobile would be so difficult I wouldn’t have taken this up in the first place. 
WHAT CAN I DO?
