Cancelling contracts

After 7 days trying to get hold of someone to cancel a contract, I have now finally had an answer that may be helpful to others 

 

  • you cannot transfer your existing ID number to a new ID contract
  • to cancel a contract you HAVE to speak to the live chat
  • the way to speak to someone on the live chat (and bypass the robot) is to type human
