Cant send message to Asda Mobile (40135)

Hi,

Im being blocked from replying to Asda Mobile.  My premium numbers has been switched on, I have credit in my account and I’ve tried turning off the phone for ten minutes.

Actually @Lostagainagain, it looks like shortcode 40135 is not recognised by the iD network.

It’s iD Mobile’s network partner who decide which codes will and which codes won’t.

There’s a section in iD’s “Call Charges” page where you can check a shortcode.

Yes, I’m able to respond to other short codes also.

Thanks @Lostagainagain, it’s actually iD Mobile’s network partner who decide which codes will and which codes won’t work on the iD network. 

Unfortunately looks like 40135 doesn’t work - anyway, good luck with Asda Mobile.
