change plan new SIM working intermittently

After change of plan I have activated new SIM. I received confirmation text. Now I either can't call out and if I managed to call out the other side can't hear me. I rebooted phone a few times. I need it for work please help

I changed my plan, received a new SIM, activated it, in My services shows new plan etc. But I can’t call out or if I manage to after several attempts they can’t hear me on the other side or my voice is heard 20 seconds later. I need the phone for work please help.

We are sorry to hear this. Are you able to receive calls? Please can you provide us with your Postcode so we can check the signal in your area?

CR7 8RH it seems to be better now but I can't use a speaker it's breaking up a lot which it didn't with the old SIM. I can make and receive calls at the moment so hopefully it's better now.
