Creating pay as you go account

HI have been given a new huawei phone by a member of the family who has a ID mobile account. He was giving it by his supplier as a spare I think. I have no idea what the phone number is for the handset.  I want to help my elderly father who has no knowledge on any IT at all, set up a sim onlypay as you go account using this phone. How do I do that please. I do have a sim card and have installed it along with the battery , what do I do next ?

So do you know the number for the iD Mobile SIM you have and has it been activated? 

 

Once you’ve done what you need to regarding the above, you can download the iD Mobile App that will allow you to select on of our Pay As You go plans. More info on that can be found by clicking here.
