credit error

I've just added 10 pounds. Message received to confirm that. But on profile page says error, and nothing in my credit. Please sort it. Thanks

You can dial 7777 to check your balance.

Alternatively you can log into the iD Mobile App or Account online.

If the £10 still isn’t showing let us know and we can raise this with the relevant team.
