Data allowance/bundle problem

HI

I need to know why my UNLIMITED data is apparently used up and even though you’ve taken the money for my recurring bundle (that supposedly starts at midnight) you’ve stopped my active bundle that is supposed to go up to 11.59pm!?

This is all I have to get on the internet indoors as I don’t have wifi!

Please get back to me asap!
