Data downgrade from 24gb to 5.99gb

Hi,

I have 24gb monthly plan. This is my first month with iD. My data allowance was suddenly downgraded to 5.9gb.

I was expecting that my unused data would all roll over to next month. I only used about 2gb this month so 22gb would’ve been rolled over. Now it suddenly shows my data allowance as 5.9gb and there is 5.6gb of data left.

This is very confusing.

Could someone help me with this issue?
