I’ve had a default on my account for over a year due to non payment on a sim only contract even though I had contacted ID Mobile to cancel, I was still being charged. I then cancelled the direct debit and ID mobile we’re still trying to take payment. After 3 months I was given a default on my account and demand letters. I agreed over the phone I would make a £5 payment to ‘settle’ the account however my credit file still shows it as a default
