dont know my number and need to cancel

I don’t have any info related to the phone that I need to get onto the account to be able to cancel. Is there anything I can do? I have the billing info of the direct debit that comes out each month.

I have the same issue. Please help me to sort it out!

I don’t know my number to access my account and need to cancel. I’ve not used the sim for 2 months and on a month by month contract so why am I still being charged?
