Even though I canceled my line last month, my account is charged monthly, the invoice has been charged again this month, I urgently request the full cancellation of the line and the refund of the fees that I have not used, it is really annoying, I will complain if the fee is charged again. It takes 30 days for the contract to disconnect from the date of the request. In this time you would continue to be charged and you would also receive a final bill 24 hours after disconnection. Did you receive a disconnection date?
