Today I received a genuine Final Demand Notice (all the details are for your website / automated telephone system.
I have checked my account and I am up to date HOWEVER, it seems I have a new account on my daughters sim (instead of a combined account). The problem is I CAN NOT log in to check on this since the year of birth is incorrect (I’ve tried every year from 1975-2021).
I had no joy with your Chat Bot as it is useless.
What do I do? If I owe money I’ll gladly pay, however, I want to check and can’t reset my password...

As you have two accounts you will need to register both accounts online.
Each account needs to be registered with a different email address.
