Hi just got a capping near my limit notification (during 0845 call) - went in to take a look and it said that I was 80% of my capping limit - I thought it was a data issue so added a 3gb £10 data top up. Now worked out it was because 0845 was not in my unlimited minutes. Can I get a refund/return of my mistaken 3gb add-on please?
