HELP! I can't cancel my contract - don't have the SIM

I’ve been trying to get in touch to cancel a plan and it’s impossible - LIVE chat doesn’t work, call centre is closed - I can’t register because I don’t have the SIM and have been paying for the contract for months now. Hasn’t been used once! Number I can’t cancel is XXXXXXXX
