Hi, I need to find the mobile number on a new PAYG SIM in order to register an account. There is no number in the welcome email and no number on the green delivery envelope. The SIM is for a 4G router so I can’t just ring the number. I need the full size SIM for the router, so don’t want to break the sim down to a nano to put in another phone just to find the number. Surely there is simple way to find out the phone number? Please help. Andy.

No. Nothing in envelope.
Oh dear, just break the SIM into 2 parts and avoid the hassle of contacting iD Mobile.
I’ve broken down 3-in-1 SIM cards many times, then reassembled them.
They’ve always worked perfectly afterwards - good luck.

Thanks. Yes drew the same conclusion as ID3 customer service non existent. Have now broken the SIM down and put back together.
