How to keep my number and iD account and change phones

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 with a pay monthly iD mobile account, I want to keep the account and my number and transfer it to a new iPhone 12, how do I do that?

Hi @Alaric 

Have you purchased the iPhone 12 Sim-free? If so, you can put your existing iD sim inside the new phone and start using it as normal.

However, if you have purchased an iPhone 12 on a new iD Mobile contract, then you can not port your existing iD number to the new iD sim as we do not support internal migrations.
