i cang login on app keeps saiyng passowrd wrong and email

Keeps saying password and I’d wrong on app but let’s me login on net.  And I also asked for my bill to on 30th every month. As I get paid on 30ths.  And I asked for bill cap to be £0 and it says £50 ?
