Can someone please contact me or point me in the right direction. This is a very old contract that my daughter hasn't used in a long time. I have no phone number but do have an account number and direct debit details. I just want to pay it off and cancel it.

Hi there
You’ve filed this one under Pay As You Go (where you call to top up when need be). If that is the case then you wouldn’t need to cancel perse as you could simply stop using the Pay As You Go SIM if that’s the case.
If you are on a rolling Pay Monthly plan though and it’s just a mistake that you’ve posted on here then we’ll need to take some further details to help you cancel.
Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.
