I want to cancel my ID Mobile plan

As I didn't received  a SIM card within a promised time, I want to cancel my ID Mobile monthly plan. As I have no ID Mobile number received, I can't do it neither via  iD Mobile App or My Account, even not by phone. Order Ref is XXXXXXX

If there will be no reply from ID Mobile support, I will contact Ombudsman Services.
