ID Data plan removed

I joined ID last week via Carphone Warehouse to set up a business phone number, as my new phone has dual sim.

This morning I woke up to this message with no explanation

 

You're ID Data plan has been removed, and its totally gone from my phone?????

 

Any thoughts, help, advice?

Did you restart your phone to see if things have improved?

Could we get your full postcode to take a further look into any known problems locally?
