INCORRECT Termination Fee Applied to my final bill

I have no contract with ID Mobile, I am pay as you go…. yet i was charged a termination fee when leaving. i can’t contact anyone to query this. how do i fix my final bill? £98.13 is my termination fee which is nearly what I’d pay a year.

I don’t understand how that could happen with a PAYG plan, but your best option for immediate assistance is the iD online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Otherwise, try getting in-touch through their social media pages on facebook or Twitter.
