Using the app I cancelled my contract on the 26th June, however looking at my bank statement I've been charged. Looking through the account again ID are going to charge me again in August. I've tried to cancel using the app again but it won't end contract. The phone is no longer in use as its not needed. The actual contract ended may 2019.
