lost mobile and not registered

Mobile phone has been lost and I need to block the sim.

 

As I have never registered the account I am not able to do this online, live chat is not available and there are no email or contact numbers.

 

I have cancelled direct debit as a precaution and please consider this notification of a lost phone.  Any charges incurred from now I am no longer liable for.
