Hi I have problem with my billing. I’m pay twice every months. I have new contract and every months they charge me for old bill. I cancelled old bill and contract and now I can’t call … I can’t understand what’s going on? 
I try to call to ID all day but that’s impossible and I chatted with someone but still not helping. I’m very disappointed about this situation . Really I haven’t a time for all day to call you. I’m paying my new bill so why they blocked me ?
