My bank account is charged but no bundles activated

Bought unlimited internet 2 days ago, my bank account charged instantly but not bundles on my account. This is the worst network in the Uk, there is no customer service to sort this mess and I can’t do my work now. Be warned and stay away from this scam am so pissed

It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t got anyone helping. Mohammed just asked for my details but did not get to hear from him again
