Okay @Mark Roper, when did you order your new iD SIM card?

At iD Mobile, SIM cards are sent by Royal Mail, without tracking information.

It normally takes 3-5 working days for the SIM card to be delivered, from the date of dispatch for your order.

I suggest calling the iD telephone sales team about your order, on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours).
