Was it a SIM only order?
My iD SIM only order came in a cardboard sleeveĀ with the receipt inside, which had my mobile number amongst other details.
If your ordered a new SIM it should'veĀ been dispatchedĀ activated, so if you pop the SIM in a phone you can get your mobile number.
