My PUK code didn't work with my new ID mobile sim

Hi 

I just upgraded to a new SIM only plan with iD mobile (I was an iD customer before that as well) and my SIM is locked and I can’t use the phone with the new SIM.  I’ve asked for a PUK code which iD mobile gave me but it doesn’t work with the new SIM.

Please help?

My first inclination here would be you’ve been provided a PUK for the old SIM. I’d like to make sure though and get you a proper PUK, so we’ll pop you a private message now to get a few more details.
