My son’s recurring £6 bundle stopped working even though I'm charged for it every month. Can someone sort this out please? It’s pretty important that my child can call me! I couldn’t get live chat to work, no button to press? and there’s absolutely no way to speak to anyone on the phone at ID mobile.
The iD forum team are several days behind reading posts.
You might want to use the iD Live Chat service, or their social media pages on facebook or twitter to get a faster response to your problem.
I recommend contacting iD between 9am and 6pm so you speak to a person and not a bot.
When using live chat, type “talk to a person” after connecting to avoid the 24/7 bot.
