Hi I’ve been trying live chat for days with no luck I accidentally payed my bill twice and require a refund can this be done via private message or email please ? Email is

I’ve payed my bill twice . So fed up . Can’t ever talk to anyone and I’m owed £68.61 I’d like my money back!!! I’ve been trying for days . Live chat is rubbish and never actually connects you . I’ve spent time on here asking questions no one from the ID team gets back to me. Fed up is an understatement.
