I want to top up. The app is not working.

What error are you getting?

Has your old card expired?

Try deleting the old card and seeing if you can save a new one in the app.

The app is not working. So I can’t add my new bank card details. So I can’t top up my phone.

Hi,

What seems to be the issue with the app? Is it loading up?

Can you please ensure that you have the latest updated version of the app installed?

Could you also try uninstalling and reinstalling it and let us know if that works?
