New mobile number on SIM only deal not provided

Hi, I have just signed up to ID Mobile.  I cant transfer my current number as i have not been provided with the new number associated with the SIM I have ordered, and I want to minimise charges fro two providers.  ID MObile say they provide this with the welcome email, but they dont - I have had three emails, none reference the mobile number.  Not impressed.
