I purchased a new sim but It does not work in My iPad cellular how do I proceed?

Hi @Erk1109 

We are sorry to hear the iD sim does not work on your iPad? Have you tested the sim inside a working phone to see if the sim is activated?

Furthermore, have you tried resetting the network settings on your iPad to see if this helps the issue you are having?
