I have placed an order ref num: XXXXXX and received email regarding DD set up for £13 with a/c number: XXXXX and ID phone number: XXXXXXX. Have been trying to reach ID to raise concern on SIM not received but unable to receive. Would like to cancel my new SIM contract as I am finding inconvenient with service as unable to reach ID.
Pls advise ASAP
