I posted this in a different topic but wasn't sure if it gets any attention so I thought of opening a separate discussion.
The problem is, I seem to have issues with receiving OTP from an international bank. I did receive OTPs from them before, last time on the 8th of Feb.
I contacted the Bank today and they said that messages are being sent and that the issue might lie with the phone company.
I can confirm that OTP from other providers (ie PayPal) are being received.
I tried all the advice given by your chatbot, restarted phone, changed the phone, nothing seems to work.
Grateful if you could look into this issue ASAP as I require the OTP urgently to access my bank account.
