Hi, I’ve just had a new SIM from ID and transferred my old number over. I’m not receiving texts but can receive ‘phone calls. My contacts are receiving texts from me.

The porting process can take from 24-48 hours to fully complete. It seems like the porting process is still in progress, please wait 48 hours and then test.

Samsung s10. The signal isn't very good either. Tried to call someone in area with good signal and it didn't work. I hope this is resolved soon...
And yes, I've turned my phone off and on. Numerous times.
Phone is saying not registered on network.
