I just ordered a Pay As You Go sim. After paid £0.1, the window was hanged and I don't know if the order was proceed or not.
I checked my bank, £0.1 was charged, but no any confirmation or reference number.

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

The first confirms that we've received your order - we'll send this shortly after you've placed it.
