Hope you are all doing well. I’ve got screenshots (one on a PC and one from my phone app) showing twice I’ve successfully ported my new number onto my pay as you go monthly contract. However I received a text last night stating that the ID number, last name or transaction number entered was incorrect. I rechecked with my PAC provider, (O2) this code is correct. All my other information was correct and I can’t speak to anyone at ID, so this is pretty much the last chance saloon to keep my old number. Any help gratefully received!
