pay as you go bundle showing as active on account with expiry date but still can't make calls

Despite having active bundle on account with unlimited minutes/texts (activated 4 days ago), when ttempting to make a call - network tells me i have no credit/allowance and need to top up.

Hi @alex.123,

Are you trying to call an ordinary mobile phone number/geographical number? If not, then you will need credit to make calls to chargeable numbers.
If you are, please also restart your phone to see if this helps.
