PAYG Bundle issues

I have a contract with ID mobile but my two younger daughter's are on pay as you go which I pay for each month. I had to update my card on one daughter account and purchased a bundle however money taken from my bank but no bundle active so tried twice more and again money taken but still no bundle. What's more says I've not any top up purchase history at all. My girls live 500 miles away in Liverpool and as you can imagine she is upset and I am now 30 down which was my money to pay my bill. Wot the hell is going on?

We are sorry to hear about this issue, we will send you a PM now to help check up on the accounts to see why the bundle has not been applied.

Do your daughters live with anyone else? If so, they may need to make contact via that person in the meantime whilst we get this sorted but you should be able to contact their numbers too as we don’t cut them off when the balance runs to £0.
