Hi, Hope you can help. We've been trying to close this account for over a year now. The last time my colleague Ken Shilcock got in touch was 03March 21 (IDMobile login id of KenS) it was said that you couldn't help without the original login details. As you can see, these details are now sorted. However, we originally asked for the account linked to this login’s email address to be closed, over a year ago when we moved to a new global telephony contract (not due to any negative experience with your services) but the DD charge continued unnoticed until last month.
